Deschutes Children's Foundation took on management duties of the LaPine Community Campus in 2000, with a goal of promoting collaborative and effective services for area children and families. This facility houses six resident programs serving over 7,500 children and families annually.

FACT provides support services to families with children 0-18 through a variety of parent education & family skills programs, a lending library, individual computer based programs, a monthly clothing exchange, Family Fun Nights, Workshops, play groups, a play space open to young children, and referrals to other programs.
